Answering a Specific Question

Horary astrology is an ancient branch in which a horoscope is cast for the precise moment the astrologer receives a specific question from their client.

To me, horary astrology is one of the most magical things in this vast science, because in many cases it is almost impossible to imagine how the instantaneous alignment of the stars can provide an adequate answer to trivial questions such as:

"Where are my lost keys?", "Is our separation final?", "Should I buy this house/car?", "Will I pass my exam?", and so on.

Horary astrology was used as early as antiquity, and brilliant examples of the art of giving an answer from the 4th-5th century from Alexandria and Siena are preserved in literature.

Later in the 16th-17th century, this type of astrology was revived in Europe, and the Englishman William Lily became especially famous with his extensive work „Christian Astrology”.

Horary astrology - looks simple, since the answers it gives are fast and concrete, which creates the impression that interpreting the horary chart is simple.
In fact, this is a very complex system with an extremely large number of strict rules compared to all other branches of astrology. Every question, every problem is connected with a complex system of significators, after which the connections between them are examined to determine the answer to the question. There are many rules according to which the chart can be rejected as invalid for the given moment or question, and so on.

Horary astrology answers specific life questions that require some pragmatic and fast decision. It is not suitable for questions concerning karmic connections and lessons, future life path, or emotional and psychological experiences. It is good for answering questions like „Whether the house I am going to buy is mortgaged, whether its ownership is settled and does it have a defect?”, „Whether my new acquaintance will grow into a serious relationship?”, „Whether this business trip will be successful?”.

While horary astrology can answer a question about the defects of the property, electional astrology can choose the perfect moment for concluding the transaction itself. However, if we do not have the opportunity to plan our trip for a good period, we can at least get the horary answer of how it will go.

In all cases, it should be used together with other branches of astrology to give a complete and accurate answer. The answers obtained in this way can convince even the most skeptical. The results never cease to amaze even clients who know the potential of horary astrology, and sometimes astrologers themselves are struck dumb by the fundamentally impossible accuracy of the answers.

The best thing about horary astrology is that it gives us freedom of action and choice when we know the pros and cons of our options. If the chart shows that the new job is not better than the old one, we can rethink our choice. If the answer indicates that the apartment we like will turn out too expensive after a while, we can judge whether we are ready to take the risk and the responsibility that comes with the decision. It is also good to ask if we will get the lent money back before we give it.

Not every question, however, can be answered through horary astrology. This type of chart is subject to a number of rules that can make them invalid. In some cases, the question is asked too early, sometimes it is too late to influence the outcome. In some cases, things are in an unpredictable stage. There is even a rule where Saturn in the seventh house of the chart means that the astrologer will read this chart wrongly, which is why it is recommended that they do not interpret it at all. In general, accurate and meaningful answers are obtained when the querent's mind is entirely occupied by the problem, when this seems the most important thing for us at the moment. Questions asked in this state give the most meaningful horary chart and the answer can be maximally useful. However, if we ask 5-6 questions about the same thing at once, it is good to first clear the noise in our heads, determine what is truly important and meaningful, and then turn to horary astrology.
